Licenses will not be issued without both the card payment and the completed application Applications and exams, if applicable, can be emailed to amanda.mckee@wyo.gov and brandy.c.durante@wyo.gov . They can also be faxed to 307-777-6715 Applications can also be submitted via USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc., accompanied with a check or money order payment for the license fee. WYSBOPG is not responsible for any mailing delays. We recommend anyone using these services utilize a tracking feature when mailing any renewal paperwork . If utilizing regular mail, and you would like a copy of your lice nse emailed to you, please make note on the application. Any applications received via email / fax will receive a copy of the license back via email once it is issued. Professional Guide Application ***OUTFITTER RENEWAL APPLICATION AND $600 LICENSE FEE DUE BY DECEMBER 1, 2024*** (Board Rules Chapter 2 Section 8) Renewal Process: May be submitted via email and fee paid using the pay link, https://secure.webfeepay.com/index.php Applications can also be submitted via USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc., accompanied with a check or money order payment for the license fee. Please keep in mind, WYSBOPG is not responsible for any mail sent that may arrive late due to carrier issues. Renewal application and license fee is DUE DECEMBER 1 PER RULE Renewal application must be signed. (can be digital or typed if using fillable form) License fee must accompany application. (can be paid online) Incomplete, illegible or inaccurate applications will be returned. This could cause your renewal to be considered late. If you have been cited for any type of Game and Fish violation under Title 23 of Wyoming Statutes, convicted of a misdemeanor or felony please list and submit your renewal application and license fee to the office as early as possible. Include copies of citations, court records or any other documentation pertaining to the violation . 2024 Outfitter Renewal Application Year-End Report : NEW EXCEL FORMAT Report must be received or postmarked no later than January 31 of the subsequent year for which the report is being filed. Complete each page of the report COMPLETELY. ALL 3 SHEETS i.e.; Instructions, All Guide, Report Form - listed as the workbook pages at the bottom of the document once opened. *DO NOT CHANGE ANY PORTION OF THE REPORT LAYOUT* You must download and save the document to your device, preferably with your Business Name, the Outfitter’s Name and License Number For Apple / Mac users, you will have to configure the report to your device, which may require additional resources, as well as saving it as an Excel Format prior to submitting it. We do not operate on Mac in the office, so questions on how to do this are best directed to users of these devices. As mentioned above, do not change any portion of the report layout. Please be sure to list all land types used for each hunt Report must be signed. (can be digital or typed) Year End Report (Excel Format) Additional Information regarding the renewal process: Please make sure your submit your Outfitter Directory Information Page with the renewal application Private land authorizations are reviewed during the renewal period Review information and make any updates or changes utilizing the Private Land Supplemental Form Submit any updates with your Renewal Application If You Are Not Renewing: Submit short statement that you will not be renewing your Wyoming outfitter license. Submit the Year-End Report as required by Chapter 2 Section 7 of the Board’s Rules. If You Want to Take a Year Off: Submit renewal application and license fee with statement requesting an inactive status. Public Notice The next regular meeting of the Wyoming State Board of Outfitters and Professional Guides is scheduled for Friday June 21, 2024 in Sundance, Wyoming. The New Outfitter Applicant Training class will begin at 9:00 am, with the Board meeting to immediately follow. Board Training and Meeting will be held at the Sundance State Bank located at 123 N 2nd Street in Sundance, Wyoming. Draft Agenda, June 21, 2024 Previous Meeting Minutes Board Meeting Minutes, April 4, 2024 Board Meeting Minutes, February 16, 2024 Board Meeting Minutes, December 8, 2023 To better prepare potential new outfitter applicants, the Wyoming State Board of Outfitters and Professional Guides has also scheduled our late summer meeting for 2024. Please keep in mind this will be the last opportunity to see the Board for a 2024 Outfitter license. In order to be added to this agenda for August to receive a 2024 license, you must submit your initial New Outfitter Application and Operation Plan, and pass the Outfitter Exam by June 30, 2024, per Board Rule, Chapter 2 Section 3 (a)(i). Friday August 16, 2024 in Casper, Wyoming, at the Casper Game and Fish Department Field Office located at 3030 Energy Lane. New Applicant training will begin promptly at 9:00 am, with the Board Meeting to directly follow. Agenda will be posted once it becomes available. The Board shall hold a regular meeting the third Friday in February of each year at the Little America Hotel & Resort in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The mission of the Board, in order to serve and protect the public and maintain quality and professionalism within the hunting outfitting industry in Wyoming, is to license, regulate, review and evaluate big and trophy game outfitters and guides and enforce applicable laws, rules and regulations related to the outfitting industry.
